Academic Learning Center

The Academic Learning Center provides Albright students with the opportunity to enhance their academic careers. The Peer Tutoring Program, Academic Skills Workshops, and Writing Center offer students avenues to succeed at a higher level in their coursework while attending Albright. The ALC is also committed to helping students through one-on-one academic consultation, and in conjunction with students’ academic advisers, helps provide an avenue to academic planning and success.

Information Technology - HelpDesk

The Information Technology Services department irovides services for you such as wireless networking, e-mail, and a variety of software and systems designed to help further your education and your interactions with the College. Albright College Help Desk is available to provide technology support for faculty, staff and students.    The Help Desk is also responsible for classroom technology, computer labs and media services equipment. You can come to the Help Desk with concerns regarding e-mail, accounts, passwords, software, computers and other aspects of technology.  The student technicians will work to help find a solution.

Please bring your student ID if visiting the Help Desk.

Writing Center

The Writing Center offers free sessions with peer tutors to discuss a piece of your writing. We enjoy working with writers at any level and for writing in any course. Sessions are interactive-- we will engage you in discussion of your papers to guide you in developing your ideas and practicing revising and editing strategies.
