Rhile - The Science of Drugs and Related Issues: Finding Facts

Digging Deeper for the Facts

Check the databases. The library subscribes to various databases in science and medicine that access peer-reviewed, scholarly sources.  Some of interest are:

  • ProQuest coverage starts in 1971 and is good for information across many subject areas.
  • Academic Search Premier, coverage starts in 1980 and covered many subject areas.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all the databases provided by the library.  If you are not finding what you need, please ask for help at the Reference Desk.

REMOTE USERS NOTE: Students, faculty and staff working off-campus will be asked to enter their LionLink username and password to access the library's databases.  Anyone with problems accessing library resources should call 610-921-7211 or email libraryref@albright.edu for assistance.

In addition to our subscription databases, Google Scholar has quality sources including full text journal articles in all disciplines.
