Composition Placement Support: Step 5

If you experience ANY problems in practicing the essay submission, you need to contact the College and tell them what problems you are experiencing.   Please send email to placement@albright.edu and provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Your Albright account username
• Contact information on the best way and times to contact you about your issue
• If you can create a screen capture of the error message or problem, please attach that

Someone will contact you within one business day.  Thank you!

After you confirm that you are ready to submit your work you will receive a confirmation like the one below.  That message confirms that the submission was received and what time it was received.  To return to the main English Placement page, click the Back to the Course button.
