Google's advanced search allows you to search by domain name (on bottom line of the advanced search form).

Entering .edu or .gov into this line will only return results from educational or US government sites, which tend to contain more reliable scholarly or factual information. You will still have to evaluate the sites for authority, accuracy, currency, and objectivity.

There are many Internet gateways and resources that provide high quality management information. Some of the ones we recommend are:

• Business Ethics, links to articles, publications, codes of ethics, & associations
• Industry Research Desk, access many freely available industry research tools
• Researching Companies Online , business research tutorial for finding company and industry research information
• US Census Bureau, source of much demographic information
• US Small Business Administration, includes forms, publications, statistics, reports. etc.
• WWW Virtual Library: Business and Economic, good business portal
• YAHOO Business Library, quality and non-quality sites are listed for a variety of subjects, e.g., employment, labor, and ethics
