Course Reserve Policy
To complement our own collection, Gingrich Library offers a reserve service for faculty wanting to make personal, photocopied, electronic or other resources easily, legally and equitably available to all of their students for short term loan.
NOTE: As with the circulation records of libraries, reserve circulation information is confidential.
Objectives
Course Reserves
Library Copies of Books/Media
Any book or AV media owned by the College may be placed on Reserve for use in the Library.
Personal copies of Books/Media
Materials owned by a professor may be placed on reserve. All reasonable efforts to protect the materials will be made (a removable label with a security target and barcode will be placed on the front cover of the material).
Course Reserves Forms
Print out copies of standard library forms for easy convenience.
