Composition Placement Support: Step 2

If you experience ANY problems in practicing the essay submission, you need to contact the College and tell them what problems you are experiencing.   Please send email to placement@albright.edu and provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Your Albright account username
• Contact information on the best way and times to contact you about your issue
• If you can create a screen capture of the error message or problem, please attach that

Someone will contact you within one business day.  Thank you!

You will then go to a web page that alerts you that you will have 50 minutes to complete the essay and submit it once you click on the Attempt quiz now button.  If you are ready, click the button.

Once you click Attempt quiz now button, you will get a message that makes you confirm that you are ready to proceed.  To proceed, click the Start Attempt button.
